Why even bother with this satellite internet service? It's been a long and arduous journey with an ISP that doesn't care a whit about their customers.
This is my story of a service that at best can described as average. In fact, it's best described as dialup-over-the-satellite. Certainly not high-speed internet service.

So. How do we get that class-action lawsuit started and what would it be based on?
